Terms of use

By submitting photograph(s) of coin(s) through the mintsHUB platform, you confirm and warrant that:

• the coin(s) is/are in your lawful possession;
• you have all rights required to dispose of the coin(s);
• the coin(s) is/are not arrested, pledged, or subject to a transfer ban;
• the coin(s) is/are not the subject of litigation and there are no grounds for such disputes involving you in the future;
• the coin(s) is/are not encumbered by obligations to third parties, including agreements (including preliminary) providing for alienation or transfer for use;
• the coin(s) is/are not encumbered by any property rights of third parties.

By submitting photograph(s) of coin(s) for valuation through mintsHUB, you grant mintsHUB and the platform community a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual worldwide licence to use such photographs, including but not limited to: reproduction, distribution, public display, adaptation (editing), and sublicensing to third parties.

You also confirm that you have all necessary rights to the photographs and to their transfer under these terms.

Valuation and/or sale requests you post on mintsHUB may be removed, and your account temporarily restricted or blocked for breach of these Terms. Such breaches include, without limitation: spam, fraud, use of false or misleading data, and other actions that violate platform rules.

You agree to provide accurate information about your region (country) during authorisation to access mintsHUB.

By registering on mintsHUB, you confirm that you have reached the age of majority under the laws of your jurisdiction (country/region).

You are fully responsible for the security of your account and for all actions performed using it on mintsHUB.

By posting a price offer on mintsHUB, you express an intention to transact on the coin(s) at your stated price, act at your own risk, and accept responsibility for your pricing decision. The offer is not a binding obligation to buy or sell.

That intention may not materialise, including but not limited to:

• the coin(s) not matching the photographs in the valuation request;
• signs of counterfeiting or a copy;
• additional (not visible in photos) defects and/or mechanical damage;
• other material factors objectively affecting the value of the coin(s).

By offering prices on mintsHUB, you confirm that you have sufficient information to assess market value, independently set the USD amount you are willing to pay, and act at your own risk. By posting a price offer, you also voluntarily agree that your contact details (including a link to your Telegram account) become available to other mintsHUB users. You accept full responsibility for any risks and consequences before, during, and after a transaction.

Prices you post on mintsHUB may be removed, and your account temporarily restricted or blocked for breach of these Terms, including without limitation: spam, fraud, false or misleading data, and other violations of platform rules.

By posting any information on mintsHUB, including but not limited to: photographs, messages, comments, price offers, and contact details, the User confirms, warrants, and accepts full responsibility that such materials:

• comply with applicable law in the User's country (region);
• do not infringe third-party rights, including intellectual property;
• are not false, misleading, fraudulent, or inaccurate;
• do not contain illegal, harmful, threatening, offensive, or discriminatory content.

The User is solely and fully liable for any consequences of posting information on the Platform, including third-party claims, government sanctions, losses, and other consequences.

The User understands and agrees that the mintsHUB Platform:

• is not a marketplace, broker, agent, guarantor, or intermediary in transactions;
• does not participate in concluding, supporting, or performing transactions between Users;
• does not provide payment, delivery, storage, or verification of coins;
• does not conduct expertise, valuation, or authentication of coins;
• does not verify the accuracy of information posted by Users.

All interactions between Users, including negotiations, transactions, payment, and transfer of coins, take place exclusively outside the Platform at the Users' own risk.

The User acknowledges and accepts that mintsHUB is not liable for:

• any acts or omissions of other Users;
• accuracy of coin valuations and price offers;
• authenticity, quality, condition, origin, or legal title of coins;
• any arrangements or transactions, including fraud;
• loss of funds, property, or information;
• any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, business reputation, or other losses.

If the User suspects fraud by other users, the User undertakes to contact law enforcement in their jurisdiction first to protect their rights. Contacting mintsHUB administration is only possible after law enforcement contact and with supporting documents (e.g. copy of a report). Requests without prior law enforcement contact may not be considered.

The User uses the Platform entirely at their own risk.

mintsHUB does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, or absence of technical failures, data loss, or unauthorised access.

The Platform may, at its sole discretion, without prior notice or explanation:

• remove or restrict access to any content;
• block or restrict the User's access to mintsHUB;
• change the functionality of mintsHUB.

By posting photographs on the Platform, the User grants mintsHUB a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use such materials, including storage, reproduction, processing, adaptation, publication, and distribution for operating and developing the Platform.

The User undertakes to assess all risks related to use of the Platform independently and bears full responsibility for their actions.

The User undertakes to comply independently with applicable law in their jurisdiction (country/region), including but not limited to: tax law, currency control rules, requirements for trading coins, antiques, precious metals, and other mandatory rules.

The User is solely responsible for paying taxes, fees, and other mandatory charges arising from use of mintsHUB and transactions with other Users.

mintsHUB is not liable for the User's violation of their jurisdiction's laws or for any consequences of such violations.

mintsHUB does not take part in deals. All actions are at your own risk.

Information on the platform is for general information only. Users act at their own risk. mintsHUB is not a party to user deals. By using mintsHUB you accept these Terms of Use.
